I’m introducing a new page called “Be Well” which will focus on health, wellness, hygiene, etc. I’m constantly looking for healthier ways to better myself and heal what ails me. I’ve noticed how much things I put into my body affect my mental health and physical wellbeing so I figured I’d discuss some of that here.
I will put a disclaimer on each post because, well, I’m not a doctor and all of this is stuff that I’ve personally tried and done research on. Everyone’s body is different and everything will affect each individual differently, but with healthy options, it won’t hurt to try out new things. Perhaps you’ll even see things in a new way!
